Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Lumen Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
