Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Redstone Loom Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
