Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Stonegate Pike Property Management Partners is a Omaha property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
