Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Nova Analytics manages apartment communities around Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on rent collection and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
