Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Madison. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
