Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Columbus, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on contractor visits and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
