Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Silverline Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Honolulu region, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
