Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Greenridge Vale Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Honolulu. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on repair requests and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
