Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Amberfield Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
