Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Bluepeak Ivory Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
