Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Umber Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on food costs and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
