Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
