Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Raleigh, NC)

Silverline North Property Management is a Raleigh property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Track spending on resident events and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
