Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Raleigh, NC)

Ironwood Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Raleigh, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on reviews and feedback and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
