Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Raleigh, NC)

Northwind Loom Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
