Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Raleigh with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 604 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
