Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Bright Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
