What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on guest bookings and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
