Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Portland. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. What you will do • Track spending on budget submissions and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
