Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Portland, OR)

Clearpath Lakeside Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Portland presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Track spending on exhibitions and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
