Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Portland, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
