Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meadow Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
