Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
