Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Lantern Housing is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
