Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Phoenix with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track spending on safety inspections and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
