Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Hospitality and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
