Bright Beacon Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
