Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Philadelphia, PA)

Redstone Ivory Facilities Group is a facilities company in Philadelphia with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 823 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on cleaning schedules and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
