Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Philadelphia area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
