Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Orlando, FL)

Rivermark Vista Housing Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 66 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
