Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Basin Civic Services and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on procurement and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
