Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Partners is a cultural organisation in Orlando presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on school partnerships and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
