Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Nest Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on lease compliance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
