Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Omaha, NE)

Foxglove Basin Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Omaha presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on volunteer programmes and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
