Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Omaha, NE)

Highbridge Juniper Facilities Group looks after properties across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track spending on supply orders and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
