Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Summit Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
