Stonegate Lantern Property Management Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Track spending on maintenance requests and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
