Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on visitor services and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system.
