Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Omaha, NE)

Silverline Granite Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Omaha area, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 433 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on unit turnovers and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
