Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Linden Facilities and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track spending on customer sites and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
