Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification.
