Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Minneapolis, MN)

Amberfield Union Hospitality is looking for a Facilities Coordinator. The job centres on space and moves for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
