Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Track spending on waiting lists and building supplies. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
