Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on resident services and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
