Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Milwaukee, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Track spending on housekeeping schedules and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
