Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on vendor invoices and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Facilities management certification. • Experience with a work-order system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
