Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Housing and adding a Facilities Coordinator whose main responsibility will be space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Track spending on rent assistance and building supplies. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Keep safety records and drills current. What we are looking for • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
