Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Track spending on lease renewals and building supplies. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
