Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Milwaukee with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Facilities Coordinator to take on space and moves. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Manage space, keys and moves. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on work orders and building supplies. What we are looking for • Practical, calm and organised. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
