Facilities Coordinator - space and moves (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Orchard Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Miami, and we need a Facilities Coordinator to lead our space and moves. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Miami. What you will do • Manage space, keys and moves. • Log, prioritise and follow up on maintenance requests. • Keep safety records and drills current. • Coordinate vendors, contractors and inspections. • Track spending on ticketing and building supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in facilities, property or building operations. • Basic knowledge of building systems. • Practical, calm and organised. Nice to have • Experience with a work-order system. • Facilities management certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
